Easy to assemble looks great and appears to be durable. I will update once it has been outdoors for a few months as that is where I am using it says outdoors so it should hold up.Works amazing for a smaller step down at our property to our bonfire area.

For my AirBNB, making sure guests of all ages and abilities can get around safely and easily is a big priority. My porch has a couple of steps that were just a little too high for some folks, and I was always a bit worried about someone tripping. I started looking for a simple solution and found this step platform. It’s been a really good addition for making those porch steps more accessible. It’s not super fancy, but it does exactly what I needed it to do. Guests can step on it confidently, and it just makes that transition up to the porch much easier, especially for anyone with mobility issues or even just carrying luggage. I considered using it in front of my hot tub but the porch needed it more. Comes put together, and looks sharp, it’s kept its color even with the sun beating down on it for a week. It’s not huge so it doesn’t get in the way but it provides that little bit of extra height that makes a difference. If you have a spot where a step is just a bit awkward or too high, this platform thing is a practical and affordable way to improve accessibility and add a little extra peace of mind.

What a versatile and well thought out piece of carpentry. Not only can you adjust the height, but it can be used anywhere. I had gotten this item to put under a really tall step, but the second surface is at an angle. I was worried about slippage on the concrete. No need to worry at all. This step has slip resistant tread to keep it in place and safe for everyone using it. Really, the design is excellent, but I would put it at $50. It's a little overpriced for me, but then again, can you put a price tag on ingenuity and safety. For that reason, I was torn on stars, but 5 won.

This is the second step I ordered because I needed 2 and liked the first one. This one arrived without the non skid tape included . I could not get any assistance in getting the tape without sending the complete 16 lb. Very large, awkward box back. I ended up having to order and pay for a roll of tape

This step is built great! Its made of wood, comes with screws and "extebsions" to be able to make it taller! The directions are clear and easily understood. The way it comes was a perfect height for me, but making it taller also would look beautiful! The wood extensions, after screwed in- isnt flimsy or shaky. It is a little heavy but I prefer it to be heavy if im being honest. I needed to be able to get in and out of my basement door and this step is exactly what id pictured. When I stand on it, it gives me good stability too. It doesn't wobble or make me feel uneasy.

This step is well made and sturdy. It’s very simple and is perfect for making a half step for people who can’t quite make one large step up. It is a nice width and depth and allows you to put your whole foot on the step. It’s not very heavy, so if you needed to move it around it’s not hard to do. It does need to be used on level ground and the pads for the bottom are necessary to keep it in place. If you want to use it indoors you can skip the gritty tape, as this is not slippery with just the wood surface. I love that it’s all wood and has 2 additional cross beams plus the frame, so it feels sturdy and there’s no flex to it, even when heavier individuals step on it. If you want to use the extra legs to make it taller there is some assembly required.

I'm very pleased with this. It cuts the step into the living room an inch and half. It comes completely assembled, unless you need to raise it for extra height. Then, the additional boards are in the box, along with very long wood screws. It comes with sandpaper-like tape for tread. It cuts with scissors and was easy to peel. There are even rubber stickers so the step doesn't scratch your floor. Finally, the color has a red tinge to it. Reminds me of Cedar. The step is extremely sturdy and has absolutely no give. It will be great for my elderly mother and can be moved to my sliding door step if needed. Very pleased!
