The ball on the ends has a small hole (to be expected). But was difficult to put on in my septum. It fit nicely and didn’t have any reactions to the metal but would have needed help to get the ball on. If I would have gone somewhere to have it put it it would have been great. So mostly just user error. Used the middle size ring for the best fit.

I wish I could return this item. I have really good hygiene with all my piercings and myself in general. I lost one of the balls on my old horseshoe jewelry so I decided to order this item. I was really disappointed to see It gave me a mild allergic reaction and a really bad smell that wouldn't go away no matter how much I cleaned the jewelry.

I really like two of these that it came with, they are great quality and they look great! Easy to put on if you have good coordination with screwing the ball in! My only complaint is due on my fault for not paying attention. I didn’t realize exactly how big the largest one was until I put it on and it’s HUGE! It could be because my nose is small or something but it’s entirelt too large to realistically wear as a septum, it’s a shame I’ll never be able to wear it, the other two sizes are great though, I’m wearing the second largest size of the 3 in the picture attached!

Love the smaller gauges! I use this for my septum and they are by far my favorite and easiest to deal with septum jewelry.
