This is a really nice, very compact keyboard. It's a fullsize with 88 keys, which is essential for any pianist. The keys themselves are fullsize as well -- none of those cheap, shrunken keys. They have a nice touch, with three pedals that plug into the base of the keyboard, lots of little built-in sounds, decent speakers to project the sound, and is easy to put together. This is a great keyboard for someone starting out, or for a family who doesn't have much space for a larger keyboard or full piano. I've had a lot of keyboards over the years from a variety of name brands and this one does a good, comparable job. Is it something you'll play on the rest of your life? Maybe not, but definitely a great starting point.
