If you’re looking for firm arch support and a structured insole to help with foot pain, these 3/4-length orthotic inserts are a solid choice—literally. The rigid base does a great job of keeping your foot in place, while the slightly cushioned top layer adds just enough comfort. The heel cup and high arch work well for those who need extra correction, but if you have lower arches or very flat feet, these might feel a bit too aggressive. My Rubric✅ Good = Qualifies as a selling point➖ So-So = Not great, but also nothing resembling a showstopper❌ Not Good = Could be a showstopperMy star ratings, which tend to skew upward due to limitations in the 5-star system, are further elaborated in a decimalized scoring at the end of the review. Finally, although some items have been freely offered via the Vine system, I refuse to sell out and will never allow a vendor to influence my scoring through any means other than the quality of the product, both on its own and in relation to the current pricing at the time of my review. I value the efforts of other honest reviewers and wish nothing more than to pay their efforts forward in hopes of faithfully guiding others to informed decisions. The Good✅ Firm arch support – These aren’t flimsy inserts; the deep heel cup and raised arch help align your foot and provide noticeable stability.✅ 3/4 length works well – Fits easily into most shoes without needing to trim the front, making it a great option for shoes where a full-length insole wouldn’t fit.✅ Stays in place – Once inside the shoe, they don’t slide around, which is a big plus.✅ Compatible with additional support – These pair nicely with sticky gel inserts for adjusting pronation/supination, which is great for people who need a more customized fit.✅ Durable material – The stiff plastic underside holds its shape well, even after extended use.The So-So➖ Arch height is aggressive – If you have flat feet or lower arches, this might feel too intense.➖ Limited cushioning – The top layer is soft, but it’s not a plush, memory foam-style insert. If you need extra padding, you may want to pair these with additional gel or foam insoles.➖ Might require size adjustments – While the 3/4 length is convenient, some users might find they need to adjust sizing by trimming slightly. The Not-Good❌ IF YOU HAVE FLAT FEET: These are best for high-arch support, so if your feet are closer to flat, you may find them uncomfortable or even painful. The DetailsI personally prefer 3/4-length orthotics like these since they fit into different shoe types without causing bulkiness in the toe area. The firm support structure is definitely the highlight here—it helps stabilize the foot and prevents overpronation or supination when walking. However, they aren’t as cushioned as some might prefer, so if you’re used to soft inserts, these could take some adjustment.Overall, a great choice for those who need structured arch support, but not necessarily the best option if you have flat feet or prefer a softer feel.Final Rating: 4.5/5 (rounded to 5 for Amazon)

These are excellent orthotic inserts! They are very comfortable and supportive! I had a pair of Adidas shoes that just didn't fit right, after about 4 hours of wearing them my feet were KILLING me! These orthotic arch supports relieved all the pain I was experiencing wearing these particular shoes!I did cut the sides down just a little to fit the size 11 that I wear, they fit best if you have a removable (flat) insole. They cover 3/4 of the bottom of the shoe and that makes them so much easier to fit to the shoe! I used to have to cut down the front of them, re-shape the front toe-box to fit and it made a huge mess! While wearing them they work well, don't shift around, they stay right where they're supposed to!These are a tremendous value, I once had a custom-fit orthotic from a famous chain or plastic orthotics (you've seen them) and they worked about as well...but instead of $300 these are $15 and include comfortable foam layers as well!

I was intrigued by the description of these orthotics, which promised to be effective in preventing flat feet and plantar fasciitis at a quarter the price of the PowerStep insoles that my podiatrist recommended to me. So, I decided to try. Received insoles couldn't just be popped into my shoes, as they require an extra half-inch in height. I had to replace the original insole with this one and insert a thin plastic slit for my toes. Unfortunately, the new insoles were not as comfortable to walk on as I currently wear. Note: The product description uses the term "magnetic acupressure insoles." Probably, the descriptor used magnetic as adjectives with meaning: enticing, attractive, charming, but does not mean a physical magnetic feature of them. I tested these insoles and they do not have any physical magnetic qualities.

This is the first pair of high-arch, stiff insoles I have tried. Here are the things I noticed. I had to cut a spare set of regular insoles to place into the toe of my shoe because using this heel insole on top of the shoe's original insole made them just too high. Having the heel insole on the harder part of the shoe makes them squeak and creak while I walk. They tend to sit just a tad forward so the back of the heel insole is not touching the back of the shoe entirely.I was able to be on my feet walking around for over 10 hours the first time I wore the insoles and my heels had no pain at all, the second day of walking for 8 hours I did notice a bit of arch pain and when I took my shoes off and went barefoot, my feet did feel pretty sore for the rest of the evening.I did not trim these insoles, I do like how they elevate your heel so that more weight is on the front of your foot. I naturally have high arches but I get serious heel pain if I'm on my feet all day and my ankles tend to lean inwards so these insoles were exactly what I needed.

These inserts are relatively comfortable, however they took some getting used to. They are more firm than other inserts I've tried and the arch support is a little more than I am used to. Initially I couldn't wear them for prolonged period of time because it was too firm, but after gradually increasing the time I wore them they were fine. The design makes them easy to put in your shoes and to swapt them to other shoes as well.

I used these in a pair of shoes that had flat haes soles. I noticed my feet were starting to hurt and I needed more support. At first these seemed like a good idea to help. They are very solid inserts with little flexibility. The arches are also quite high. I have high arches but these still made my feet sore. I also had to constantly readjust them in my shoes because they would slide around. I did decide to keep wearing them to see if I could get used to them, but my feet were still sore after a week of trying them out.
