This is good quality adhesive arch supports that have helped me wear just about any shoes I want. I need the extra arch support because I had severe plantar fasciitis in the past, and support is necessary. The issue is that full insoles aren't possible with a lot of low-profile shoes, like ballet flats, because they make the shoes too tight. These are a perfect solution, because you can stick these in the arch area of the shoe, and they don't add any thickness across the toes or ball of your foot, and they don't have heel cups, so they also don't raise your heel too high. I love these, and I bought another set so I can have them in all of my shoes! Overall, these are good quality, the adhesive sticks very well, and they are a good value for the price.

I want to give those inserts only 3 stars but the am generous because every person has different feet and what might work or not work for me, might be different for you.These are rather too flat for me. They worked better on higher heeled shoes for me. On flatter ones, I hardly touch them.In my sandals the sole is quite soft and fuzzy, so although they did adhere to the sole, I haven’t walked with them outside yet (it’s winter now) to see if the adhesive will keep them in place or if they will shift.I need some arch support and this is what is available for sandals only (can’t use the full-foot length insole on a sandal….), just wish they were higher. These are only 0.35” at its highest point….

These "Arch Support Insoles for Feet Relief! Gel Inserts for Flat Feet, Low Arch Support & Plantar Fasciitis | Gel Arch Pads for Men Women Kids (3 pairs)" are not for me. They are very stiff hurting my feet rather than supporting. And the arch is of one size. They come in a pack of 3, however, each pack is packed with same side??
