this was suggested buy based on our truck. it didn't we would have had to do major cutting on the bumper.

Simple straight forward installation.Sturdy, welds seem clean, was shipped with the care of a newborn in swaddling clothes (Lots of protection), arrived from seller surprisingly fast.The bad; The instruction are horrible, but anyone with common sense can plow through it and understand the lone picture.

The quality of this brush guard was solid! I was afraid it might look and feel cheap based on the price compared to others that were available, but I was pleasantly surprised. It looks great on my 1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bower 4x4. My only issue with the install was the awful assembly instructions which were one page. It didn't state what order to put the parts together so I ended up taking a few bolts off here and there to make the washers fit properly on others. Also, the image on the assembly instructions make it look like you put the thinnest part of the mounting bracket to the frame, this is not the case, you actually need to put the thickest part of the bracket on the frame and mount the thinner part to the guard. Had this been more clear it could have saved me an hour during the installation. Other then that, I would buy it again for sure.
