My wife started physical therapy after breaking her shoulder. The therapist used these for exercises, so I purchased the 55 cm and the 75 cm balls so that we could do the same exercises at home. It takes a little time to use the included pump to get them up to their full diameter, but once there, they are of good quality and serve their purpose well. If you happen to have an electric pump, such as those included with blow-up mattresses, that would save time. The included plastic pump is not meant for a long service life, but it worked.

Me encantó!! 😍 Emocionada con mi nueva pelota!! Justo lo que necesitaba para mis rutinas de barré diarias. Venía muy bonita empacada en su cajita y luego en la caja de amazon, sin ningún defecto y lista para inflarse, tardé como 20 minutos aproximadamente; el material viene muy resistente y cómodo, tampoco tiene un olor feo y el color es muy bonito, parece chicle. La estoy usando además como silla dd oficina. La recomiendo ampliamente!

Got this ball to do exercises on at home, it's great. the pump that comes with it is quite good compared to others that come with hand pumps - gets a bit tricky once their ball gets full and the air pressure bites back but it's manageable pumping it.Once pumped up, it looks like (or even better than) a ball you'd find at a commercial gym. Leaves no marks on the floors and is very robust. haven't felt like I was pushing any limits on this with using it from a weight perspective.kids also love playing with it, so keep it away from breakable things

I know you're supposed to wait and keep re-pumping until it sizes up to a sphere, but mine never did. I bought mine back in February for $33 which was more than others around, and lower than it is currently (25$). The material felt good and the wrinkles cleared up mostly, though.While I use mine as a chair now primarily, it's important to have a sphere shape for sit-ups. I chose this because I liked the color and it didn't look cheaply made, plus their logo is nice. I only wish mine were spherical as it should be.EDIT: Convinced maybe it was my fault, that perhaps I didn't inflate it enough, I decided to inflate it a little more than usual. This made the ball POP. Now I have no ball. The papers that came with the ball said that the pump attached is safe and not capable of over-pumping. I wasn't sitting on the ball when it happened, thankfully.EDIT x2: Contacted BMP and they took care of things. Mine was declared defective and I will be getting a replacement. Thanks BMP! I'll see how the next one goes.

I purchased an 85 cm ball. The ball that arrived was defective (not round). Black Mountain was very friendly, and happily sent out a non-defective replacement as soon as I called them (by a MUCH slower shipping method than I originally paid for; they also sent (more quickly) a cheap camping pad which I did not ask for – and while I appreciate the gesture, I'm now stuck with something I don't want or need, and have to either store or dispose of... more unasked-for work associated with this purchase). The replacement ball is fine. The pump, though (both versions), is a joke. It kind of sort of barely works to inflate the ball very very slowly, but it keeps falling apart and is a complete pain in the butt to use; you'll do much better with a full-sized bike pump or a powered mattress inflator or anything else that isn't made of extremely flimsy and poorly fitting plastic. Also, this supplier does NOT include any sort of tool to remove the plug from the inflated ball – and that would be a very useful item to have (rather than having to dig at and possibly damage the ball with a screw driver to remove the plug). In all, it's a good enough ball, but the buying process was annoying, and the additional pieces that make it user friendly are poor or missing. A good example of "you get what you pay for".

Honestly this is the best money that I’ve spent on fitness product. I’m very happy with B.M.P. 65 cm exercise ball. I’m a big guy so I needed something that I could use with confidence. I was skeptical at first – the exercise balls at the gym are a little on the flimsy side. When B.M.P. advertised a 2000 lbs rating I had to try it. This ball delivers – it’s very sturdy yet not so stiff so it’s uncomfortable. I have been using it daily with confidence. The fact the B.M.P includes a foot pump makes this a great value! But wait there’s more; the fact that B.M.P offers full warranty for life makes this an incredible value for under $20.00. The only thing I would recommend is to come up with a way to identify correct inflation size on the ball itself. Perhaps with markings that lined up a certain way once the ball was properly inflated. Since I didn’t have a flexible measuring tape, I had to engineer a way to measure the diameter to the correct size using a wall. Other than that I would highly recommend this to anyone! Great product and incredible value!

Was purchased for my wife who is just slightly over 5feet tall and needs it for back and physical therapy exercises. The 55cm Black Mountain ball that was purchased was just right for her and it feels so much stronger than another ball she had bought from another company. She won't use the other ball because of the fear that it may burst. We got this one because it's rated to withstand 2000 lbs of static weight and it feels durable. Inflation was easy with the included foot pump. It came with two nozzle sizes and the smaller one was just right for inflating this ball. The ball also comes with a plastic plug to put in the ball to keep the air inside after removing the pump valve (an extra plug was also supplied which was a nice addition). We measured the circumference of the ball to check for proper inflation and it came out exactly 68 inches which according to the enclosed product information sheet (which listed both the diameter and circumference measurements in both inches and cm) was exactly the right inflation. The quality of the ball seems very high and it has a full lifetime warranty. Highly recommended.

I spoke with the company rep before buying this product and they told me to buy this ball instead of the one that was $10 more expensive because this one has thicker plastic so it's sturdier and therefore less likely to break. It took about 15-20 minutes to inflate it for this reason and the pump works easily so long as you place the soft, yellow side down and the hard, blue side up (opposite of photo). Brilliant color, simple instructions, comfortable to sit or lay on. Comes with two plastic plugs for inserting in the ball (one is extra) and two plastic tubes to attach the blue cord to the pump (one is already on one end plus one is extra). At 5'5", my feet reach the floor sitting on it, and my hands reach the floor lying on it.The manufacturer recommends placing it on a yoga mat or carpet or something soft, like a towel. Excellent service from the company on the phone.
