We had an unexpectedly rainy, then snowy, then back to rainy, and VERY windy afternoon and the kids were bouncing off the walls. To buy myself 10-15 minutes of peace, I unveiled this box of 6 planes awaiting assembly and decorating with the including stickers, and peace reigned for a bit. Then the giggles did, as they took turns launching the plane from various points of the house into the stairwell. The planes did occasionally lose parts of the wings and crash into walls, but no walls were damaged or scuffed and the pieces easily fit back into place. I'm waiting for it to be dry enough to try outside, but if they're as fun outside as inside, I'll have to adjust this to a 5-start rating.

Box is labeled ages 3+. More like ages 10+ appropriate due to small pieces and difficulty of assembly. My 10 year old is excellent with assembly and it took 30 minutes, so that's a really difficult project. Tiny pieces of thin, double-side tape must be installed on the vertical stabilizers to attach them to the fuselages, which made for a frustrating out of the box experience. Kids want to open something, assemble in 5 minutes, and start playing unless the goal is to be an assembly project.Once assembled, the planes flew as expected and were enjoyed. They were durable when impacting walls, ceilings, and floors.

My kids and nephews had a great time blasting the foam planes all around this past weekend. It was super easy to get them going and it's nicely equipped with 6 planes for multiple slings of the planes for each go around. The price is great and I think the only thing that would make this better is if they offered a 2-pack launcher for kids to go head-to-head with plane wars lol. Overall, a great toy item, easy to use, and great cost.

•You have to glue the pieces on, so you can't play with it right away•It is so hard to pull back the gun, it discouraged my 4 year old nephew•All the glued pieces came off after the 1st try and now it is all on the garbageWORST TOY EVER

Everything is up to par. Haven't used it with him. Will find our this weekend. But it's a well made toy for him. Material of plains are solid. Just wondering about the gun.

IT isn't the highest quality toy- but I think we'll get some fun out of it. I think it's slightly overpriced for a toy that I think will give a short few days of boy play. If I can monitor him for awhile then I think the planes will last longer.I knew going into this toy that the Styrofoam probably wouldn't last super long, but I think my plane loving kid is going to love this for as long as they do last.

Got these for my 5 year old and he is going to love them when he opens this on Christmas. They seem durable and easy to use, but time will tell! We have other foam airplanes that have held up well so hoping for the same with this. Love the added bonus of the launcher--what fun!
