These spa heads are pretty amazing. They look so modern in our shower. I like that they are larger. You can’t adjust them, I don’t need to in our shower. I suppose if you really want them to adjust you could probably purchase the adjuster separate and add them on. I like the flush look against the wall. Much cleaner smooth look. We had to purchase extenders because our pipes were deeper in the wall and the threads on the spray head were too short. A bit of hassle but it works. The trick is getting the right length so they are flush to the wall. I’m very happy with them and I would purchase again.
