I received a pack of two 10 x 16 cooling racks. Honestly, there are so many uses for them and I pretty much use them for everything. I use them to put hot plates, hot pots or pans on them when serving. You can use them for air frying or baking in the oven, cooling off baked goods, or use them for when you are frying food, etc. They are lightweight but sturdy. I like these racks because of the little checkered grading on top which doesn’t allow any food to fall through. They fit perfectly in basically all my pans that I have. They wash very well in the dishwasher or by hand. It is really a multifunctional kitchen item.

Even though the title had 10”x16” in it, when I read the first bullet point I saw it said “set of 2 10”x15” racks” and then in the second bullet point, my eye was drawn to the statement, “…it fits jelly roll baking sheet,” even though in this same bullet point it lists the size as 10”x16” (after having just listed is as 10”x15” in the previous sentence, I’ll tell you what!) So, I figured I’d take a chance and see if it would actually fit my jelly roll pans. Answer: No, it won’t. It might have fit, had the 4 feet not been along the outside edge of the rack, but unfortunately that’s not the case. I can confirm it sits just fine in a half sheet pan, and is actually a bit smaller than a rack that came with one of my half sheet pans. If you’re simply using them as cooling racks, then Yes, they will be large enough to cool whatever could fit in your jelly roll pan.As far as quality, these have a nice finish to them, they sit about an inch off of surface, they are completely flat, don’t wobble, and the grid spacing is about 1.6 cm or 5/8”. Even though the finish is nice, I prefer to hand wash my racks rather than throwing them in a dishwasher.I'm only deducting a star due to the conflicting description.

When I bake, I usually do several batches which requires a lot of "cooling" space. I am delighted with this set of 2 cooling racks. They are made of a standard food-grade superior stainless steel, which is both durable and rustproof. I like the 1/2" metal grid (my other ones are straight slats and cookies can tend to fall through at times, which will not happen with these). They are both elevated on 1/2" feet. They measure 10" x 16" (half cookie sheet size) which is a good size to fit in the storage cabinet as well as on the counter.Admittedly, they arrived in a Ziploc bag with no description, which is fine for me but would not be great for gifting. The current price is only $8 for both racks, a price that can't be beat for the quality. I recommend this product!

These cooling racks are perfect size and the quality is good. I use them very frequently and they are easy to clean. I also use them to bake on in the oven and haven't had any issues with the finish.

These cooling racks are exactly what I needed! They’re sturdy, well-made, and fit perfectly on my half sheet pans. I’ve used them for baking, roasting, and even drying, and they hold up great in the oven. Super easy to clean and the 2-pack is a great value. Definitely a must-have for any kitchen! They make baking so much easier.

Well made, great value for money, stainless steel baking racks- fit my backing sheets perfectly. I often make parmesan chicken and like to put the chicken on the rack to get an all around crispy finish and these work great. Fairly easy to clean with a brush and hot water. I store them in my baking sheets under the oven so I can easily find them.

This is a review of the 2-pack of cooling racks. I got these to replace my old cooling racks. These new ones are much heavier and better quality. According to the description they are stainless steel, so rust should not be an issue, and they are dishwasher safe. I measured them at 10” x 15-3/4”. I will use them for cooling cakes and cookies, and inside sheet pans for baking/broiling. I am super happy with these and I recommend them.
