This is wonderful pan! It is a professional weight and a textured bottom. I spayed it a little but it seems pretty non stick due to the texture. Doesn't cause burning

I love the quality and color of this pan, BUT I noticed that after washing it that there was a copper toned residue that was leaking out of the sides where little holes are. It just made a mess and was frustrating to clean up. Not sure if this is just a first use thing or will happen every time.

We have several of his products. They are very sturdy and do not warp under even the highest heat, plus they are so easy to clean. A bit of soap and hot water and you are done.

I have had to throw out two of these pans in a very short period of time due to the nonstick coating coming off the sides while washing. My cookie sheets from this brand are great and have not had any problem, so it seems to be the construction of this particular style.
