For small dogs. Slides all over hard floors. Fog was too scared to use

We have 3 Shih Tzus, and two of them refuse to use these stairs. Frankly, I don't blame them - these steps just are not big enough for them! Our youngest and bravest will climb up them, but our old guy (who is 20lbs) wouldn't think of climbing them. Our middle-dog basically can just jump to the height of the top step, so he doesn't even acknowledge that they exist.Notes- Assembly - was a bit confusing. We got them together, but it took a few attempts.- The biggest issue is that they are just too small for most dogs. I could see these stairs working for a Yorkie, but I think most Corgies would be too large for them.- My dogs didn't really like that the steps were fabric. I just think they may not feel firm enough under their paws.

Great size, lightweight, and sturdy. Unfortunately my dad's silly dog doesn't seem to understand how to use it no matter how many times we've tried to show him. If your dog is smart maybe it will work better for you.The height and size is great for his bed and I think it would work similarly great for a couch, but not sure how that would work for spacing functionality. It does take up a good bit of space.Otherwise it's great!

This was super easy to put together with clear instructions. I liked that the steps are made of really thick and durable fabric. The legs have a rubber coating so they don't slip around. My dog is getting a little older and was recently diagnosed with hip displasia so it's been difficult for him to get up on the bed. Although he's still not used to going up the stairs, we've been practicing and he's been able to get up a few times with our encouragement and help. The steps are a little skinny for my dog (he's a 75lb lab) but I still think it's doable. With my last dog, we bought some stairs but they felt cheap and moved around everywhere, scaring him from really using it for fear of it moving and him falling off. These stairs are WAAAYYY better. Definitely recommend.

I have a Frenchie / Jack Russell mix who has all the issues both breeds are disposed to, so a typical "designer dog" poor genetics mutt. Her knees and hips are especially bad, at only 6 years old, and she has quite a bit of arthritis that makes it difficult for her to get on and off the bed without pain. These dog stairs do require assembly, but it is extremely easy. All pieces were separately labeled to make it even easier to put together. The plastic connectors and metal legs feel plenty sturdy for all 20lbs of this little messy mutt of mine. I had to teach her to use these, but after a little learning curve, she is using them about 90% of the time just a few days after they arrived.I like that these pet stairs are lightweight and easy to move around for all the different possible uses. They work well for both the couch and the bed, and would work for a low vehicle to help a pup get in and out as well. I also like that the fabric stairs also are washable so that they can be cleaned/ freshened up as needed.

These steps surprised me. I was worried they'd be wobbly but they're not! They're very stable. Steps were super easy to assemble, light enough to lift easily and look fine. I have a little dog that doesn't shed or have typical fur, so I probably won't need to wash them for a very long time but if I do, it's good to know I have that option. Assembly is very intuitive and took approximately 5 minutes; definitely under 10. I like how there are only two steps and not three; also how they're not big and clunky. I have limited space around my bed and these fit great! Box says Dog Bed but they're dog steps. A dog could sleep on either step but mine doesn't. My cats are happy to sleep on the top step. Super happy with these pet steps.

These are very sturdy steps, made of a thick canvas fabric, strong metal pipes, and thick rubber corner joints. Assembly was very easy; it took ten minutes from the time I cut open the box to trying it with my dog. I didn't see a weight limit, but I think it could hold a dog of at least a hundred pounds.I probably should have gotten the one with a larger top step. My dog, an adult corgi, is too large to fit on the top step of this two-step model. She got as far as having her back paws on the bottom steps and her front paws on the side of the bed. When she jumped up, she easily kicked the steps out from under her and knocked them over. This product earns a solid four stars, but I did count off one star for two reasons: First, it does sit firmly, but it isn't good that it is so light my dog could kick it away from the bed. That's going to be tedious in practice.Second, the product photos just aren't accurate to me. They show their product accurately, but the dogs they show have been photoshopped to look smaller. I was surprised when I assembled it at how small it is. The measurements and the photos compared to the bed are accurate, but I was looking at my full-sized corgi compared to theirs -- that corgi in the photo is about the size of a large chihuahua. If the product had been shown with small dogs that would have been far more accurate and a much better use for these steps. If you have a toy breed, this is the product for you.

These look like they would be weak and wobbly, but they are actually pretty sturdy.I like that it has 2 different heights and my French bulldog can get in the bed on his own now.
