Nice fly box. Most Fishpond stuff is good quality. Love the mag pad. Only reason I knocked off a star is the consistency of the silicone. It’s really stiff and makes it hard to push flies into the slits.

My husband is an *avid* fisherman, our friends have called it an addiction. His latest fixation is fly fishing. He has multiple of these and loves to organize his flies by species and color and size and god knows what other criteria. If you’re getting into fly fishing or making your own flies, this is a great choice.

This is literally the best fly box on the market. I've researched and used many boxes. This significantly stands out amongst all of its competitors. It's the only packable box that has rubber storage and a magnetic pad. There are others that have magnetic pads, but they are all either too bulky to put into waders and/or has a foam storage...and we all know how easily foam gets torn up and demolished. This will also fit nicely into the pockets on your pants. If you use a backpack on the water, stop reading because this is not for you. You need to go to the hair care section to fill your bag. Fishpond has other boxes, but this one is still their best. My buddy had 2 of these boxes, but they were both stolen. Guess what, he got another one of these because it's just that good. Don't even consider a different box, especially if you just go to the water for a couple of hours. Planning on a weekend trip? This box. Planning on a week-long trip? Still...this box.

Love the magnetic plate. This will be my one box that I carry. It can hold more than enough size variety for me. This is my 3rd tacky box and this is my favorite

These are a bit expensive but worth the money. This thing holds lots of flies and the magnet is fairly strong and handy to drop flies on during a quick rig change. Not the lightest or smallest fly box, but I have never had any issues and I use this thing every time I head to the river. I’d recommend and buy again if I ever need to.
