This is a well-made gymnastics leotard. I chose the 12-13 size for my 8yo as we've found most leotards run a bit small. This one is a little too big for her, but it fits her well enough to wear to gymnastics. I took off a star because the shorts size doesn't quite match the leotard size. The leotard we received is a bit large, but the shorts are almost too small. I wasn't expecting this in a 12-13 size for an 8yo. My girl likes it, so I'm happy.

This gymnastics leotard was a great fit, true to size, and the pattern was a hit with my daughter. The price is great for the 3-pieces that you get. The materials are soft, yet thin for breathability. Overall, I would recommend this leotard for kids wanting functionality, style, and value.

The design and the color are amazing. Fits my daughter perfectly. Make her gymnastics movement looks even better. Definitely motivating her willing to come to the gymnastics class more often than usual 😘highly recommended 👍

I ordered this for my daughter who’s in gymnastics to add to her leotard collection. She loves it!! Immediately wore it to her next class and showed it off. It’s very soft but good quality material. I love the strap designs. Easy for her to get on and off. She’s 4 almost 5 and ordered her normal sizing (5) and it fit great with a little wiggle room in the butt area which you couldn’t even notice with the shorts on. She will definitely get to wear this for a good while!

My daughter really likes this outfit, especially because it comes with a scrunchie! The colors and patterns are cute, and it fits her nicely. The only thing she mentioned was the gap in material where it exposes a small portion of her back. She isn’t used to wearing outfits that expose skin, but not uncommon for a ballet outfit.

This leotard fits my 7 year old daughter perfectly (we got 8-9 year size). For reference she is 4'2" with a chest around 23" and wears kids size 8 in most brands. The material is a little thin and not as stretchy, but for the price I can't complain. It washed and dried fine in the washer/drier on normal cycles. I do love the lavender marble swirl design and my daughter things it is comfortably made. Nothing was scratching, tugging or pulling while she was wearing it during her gymnastics session.

This gymnastics leotard felt true to size. My daughter liked that the scrunchie was matching (wearing your hair up is a must for gymnastics). I liked that it came with shorts. I wondering if my daughter would feel bothered by the intricate back straps and opening, but doesn't seem to bother her. In fact, with summer coming up, the ventilation might be appreciated! 5/5 stars

I have a 9-year-old that's been taking tumbling and gymnastics for a few years now. As many of you parents know, they seem to outgrow their leotards every month during this age. Being that we're going through leotards so often, I've been on the hunt in the budget friendly range. Joystream, while not the cheapest, it's been the best quality that we've used so far.From the parent point of view, Joystream, is well made. The fabric is not that plasticky feeling material like many of leotards in this price point. The 80% Polyester, 20% Spandex feels very much like a rash guard. Very stretchy and non-restrictive. A big bonus for you parents is that this Joystream leotard is machine washable. Many leotards are not recommended for machine wash. Like I mentioned, the $29.99 price tag may not be the lowest of the group, but it's well worth the price. Especially, if you're like my daughter and does not feel comfortable with the leotard cuts, this set comes with a pair of shorts. Two thumbs up from this dad.As for my daughter, this leotard is always the one she pulls from the drawer over any other that we have. Well, the ones that still fit her 😁. When it's time to move up in size again, we'll probably just stick to Joystream.
