Its a very comfortable exercise tool. I spend a lot of time exercising in the gym, but I love to be able to do some workouts at home. I ordered this to see if i could find it more enjoyable than my big exercise ball. Its much more comfortable and stable. I can use it watching TV. It comes with a cheap pump that takes a while to blow up. The peanut is huge. It comes to 2 plugs, a plug remover tool and a tape measure too. I love this.

This is worth the purchase. This peanut ball offers good quality and durability, making it suitable for various uses, from core strengthening exercises to physical therapy and even fun sensory play for kids. Have only had this ball for a few days but it's been used a lot. And also been a source of fun. Originally got this peanut shaped ball for exercise. Which it does seem great for. So many ways to utilize and incorporate into fitness. But the kiddos have nabbed it. We've had fun rolling over it, playing games. Bouncing on it. And taken out on the trampoline for outdoor play. Great for sensory seekers. Or getting the wiggles out. Ball seems very durable. Thick, rubbery material. Strong. Comes with pump and an extra plug stem. Kiddos enjoyed helping pump it up.

Shipped in a box so to prevent damage or tearing. Love the rose shade, although it's more of a purple or light violet to my eyes... No matter, this is sturdy and takes a lot of weight and shifting around well. Helps me feel really good and useful for many activities, stretching, etc.
