Easy to load and removal of taps, saving you valuable time and monies. The fit and functionality of this tool is an extra perk of the tool. The ratcheting ability allows you to be able to continuously tap a hole in a tight spot without having to remove your tool and risk cross-threading your fix upon reinserting your tap into the hole your trying to rethread.
