Plugged it in and nothing was coming out. This was in direct sun light.

In full sun, I measured 80 ma @ 6.6 volts, which is 1/2 or .5 watts. If left in full sun ALL DAY it will increase charge battery on video camera doorbell about 3 - 5% (for example, 75% to 79%. Because the doorbell and solar panel on North West side of house only receives 3 - 4 hours of sun per day, much less cloudy days, I may need to get a slightly larger solar panel as this one is barely adequate for this purpose. Nevertheless, on a sunny day, it does add a very small charge to the battery doorbell. Not bad but some of the solar cells look a little hazy and suspect this should have been capable of generating higher output.
