My chair came missing a part in the box. I contacted them through their various options, “live chat”, etc, but never received a response I was told to expect. The stool still functions, but it doesn’t have a cap thingie between the base and “stem”. I do like the height and adjustability, and the seat is reasonably comfortable.

Used it for 2 weeks so far with no issues. Gives me support when I’m standing up at my desk but still allows me to “stand” at my desk.

I got 2 of these now. FOLLOW the INSTRUCTIONs when assembling. If you don't put the black ring through, you'll pretty much have to cut it to wrap it around the cylinder

The part of the seat that goes onto the gas lift is made of rubber of some sort. It came broken as shown in the photo. I can’t imagine it will last long even if it was not broken. On top of that the hydraulic does not work either. Will definitely return it.

I have a permanent standing desk and this allows me to sit every once in a while to give my legs a rest. I am 5'9 and the highest setting works for me. Takes some getting used to since it does allow for forward and backward leaning. At first it feels like you might fall so keep your legs ready. Definitely worth it!!

Absolutely love this sit/stand stool. It’s a little taller than lost I’ve researched and the perfect height at its tallest. It’s sturdy enough to stay stable even when my cat wants to jump on my lap. It tilts just enough so when I get bored or antsy on work calls I get my fix in by rocking a bit or rotating around.

The chair was easy to assemble and works for what I want. The hydraulic system doesn't seem to be working, but since it is at the height I want, I can deal with it. If the hydraulics worked, I would give it a 4 or 5

It arrived by UPS last night 12/22. The directions were very clear and she found it easy to assemble. My sister tried it out at her spot and then she carried it out about 40' to my spot, even though she only weighs about 90 lbs. We think we can either share it, move it around, or get another. Her hard kitchen chair worked most of the time with a back pillow and alternating various seat cushions (bleacher cushion, wedge, or recent Eco cushion from Walmart's automotive department) but still she had alot of discomfort. She is hopeful the tilt and wobble will help her hips and lower back and give an alternate seating. We are the first Reviewer and want to say that the seat is not slippery- like one we had read about and chose NOT to get. She took a chance on this one that had NO REVIEWS and is very happy with the seat fabric as well.
