Other than my initial frustration at getting the glides off (see below) to install the legs, the stool is great. Very sturdy and comfy.Not sure why this isn’t in the actual instruction sheet but do not attempt to remove the glides with pliers. If you call the customer service number on the sheet, they will give you a link to a video for easily popping off the glides. (Basically, while wearing shoes, you hold the glides between your feet and just under the edges of your shoes, then pull and they will pop off easily. I couldn’t believe how easy it was after struggling with pliers.) I would have inserted the link but Amazon does not allow external links. The customer service agent Jack was great - so friendly and helpful.
