Dont expect it to last for ever. Its a sponge with a layer of diamond dust. Does it jobs really well. Doesnt cost arm or leg. Did a whole bathroom and still good to use it for the future jobs

No good, this not 800 grid its not any grid, its just balls of crap material that scratch and do not polish.

I've used the 60 grit on a few tile jobs and so far it's been great to clean up the slightly uneven edge from a manual cutter. It's helped step my tile laying game to the next level!!

I never knew this sanding pad was available. Saw it on YouTube and bought it and it works great. It leaves chip edges really close to factory finish. Wish I knew about this years ago.

I'm on my 4th tiling project and JUST purchased 2 of these and I'm honestly not sure how I went about tiling before discovering these gems. So, so good. Worth the investment--even for a small project, especially if you are not using a wet saw for your project and are using a hand cutter.

The sanding/ grinding pad is easy to grip and maintains its shape. The grit does not seem to be the strength of my present 400 grit, and it would help to have the grit amount marked on the pad for reference.
