Edges did not have secondary bevel and are not sharpened. The image made me believe it had at least a rudimentary secondary bevel. It can be sharpened but will take quite a bit of time. It's still a nice looking arrowhead, and I guess you don't really want a sharp arrowhead for reenactments, display, or period-themed historical looking items. The point is still pokey so it's still a small potential risk.
