I really like these magnetic angle for steel. I have used them when setting a piece of steel, just tac into place and then remove.

Not as strong as I expected. Better than the usual cheap red welders magnets but not as strong as a 65lb rating would indicate.

the magnetic edges are too thin on this compared to the mayouku clamp, the mayouku brand is cheaper is looks more heavy duty, and has more holding power.

Well, it's not as well made as the version that doesn't have the "mid" option for the switch. It's a till a strong magnet and works well. But I have no idea how or why it costs more. The one without the mid way marking for the switch is twice as beefy as it has an extra plate of steel on both sides and the magnet is stronger and somehow cost less. I only ordered this version because the other one was out of stock st the time. You can't go wrong with this brand, but it does seem they are cutting costs.
