the item description is wrong. these are composite pedals not aluminum. they're also 60 g heavier than my aluminum pedals which I can't figure out. besides that they're not terrible. quality seems okay

Great value!! Much better than I thought. Rode quite a few miles, and have no complaints. Extremely grippy, and feels very durable. Highly recommended! Of course, easy to install. Comes with a two year warranty, and they are made in Taiwan, which is very near to, if not equal to Japanese quality. Great pedals!!

I needed pedals for an older Electra cruiser bike that I love and looked at the millions of pedals available on Amazon. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and there were a lot of choices under $25. I kept going back to these because they had a clean look and the no-skid screws didn't stick out 3 inches... some just look ridiculous. I am 185 lbs and cranking up hills standing up they feel super solid. The alloy spindle is super smooth and finished like something costing much more and the hex head for tightening looks more sleek and keeps you from knocking your knuckles off with a wrench.Had them over 2 weeks now and I ride everyday... no squeaks or problems. They are super light compared to the alloy pedals that came on the bike.
