We had adjusted the float valve in working perfectly before the bowl left the factory. But the screw of valve may displace during the long journey which it caused the leaking you can contact us to get the guidance to solve it or get a replacement float valve.

The float works fine, the filling up part does fine, but the hose will not stop leaking. We even used Teflon tape, still didn't fix the issue.. Now I'm not sure what to do because I can't leave the water on with a hose that won't stop leaking!! 😒 until I can actually use the darn thing I will leave it at 3 stars.

I like the bowl and the float but when connecting the supply line the supply line that went to the hose bib leaked and I added a washer as welleven with a washer so I took it to another hose bib and I had to crank down on it so hard I almost bent the copper coming out of the wall and it still leaked . So I plugged in the blue very easy to clean water feature but I bought and had no problem with the supply line it did look slightly different and there was a different washer as well

This far can only give it 3 because I haven't even been able to use it yet because the hose that comes with it is garbage. It doesn't screw onto a standard garden hose spigot correctly and strips easily.

The bowl is as described, the hose however is cheap. I screwed the hose on to valve and would never seal up and stop leaking, the gose end is a brittle plastic that split once it seated to valve. Basically hose it junk. I havent used bowl since I need a hose.

Every time I thought I had the leak fixed, it started again, even with copious amounts of teflon tape. The threads in the metal lead-up hose may be cut too sharp to ever seal with the plastic guts of the system. Judging from the other reviews, this is a long-standing and continuous problem.
