They arrived in a tiny box so I thought before I got it opened that someone had sent the wrong item. I was very wrong. The steps are vacuum packed so well that they were able to fit it in a much smaller box than you would expect. We opened them and within seconds they were fully expanded and all we had to do was zip the top section to attach it to the bottom section and they were instantly ready to use. We did NOT have to wait at all for the foam to expand. It was instant that they were ready to use. We use this for the couch and for beside the bed. It's the perfect height for both. The cover is removable (by zipper) so it can be easily thrown in the wash. The foam is strong and sturdy so it doesn't sink in when our 35 pound Staffy jumps on it. We highly recommend this set!Beautiful, elegant, timeless, and easy to install. It's adjustable and made of very good quality materials. Just opening the box felt like I chose well based on price and quality. It came with all the hardware needed for installation and very clear instructions. It can honestly go with just about any home decor. It's one of those pieces that is very versatile. It was very well packed so there was no dents or scratches, and the lamp shades come already assembled which is a big plus. Needed stairs to my couch for my little Yorkie and these are great. I looked at so many and even tried a ramp that he didn't like and it slipped as well. Stairs came vacuumed sealed and how fun and cool when opening the package. They fluffed right up and the covering is so soft and beautiful. My dog is already going up and down and they don't slip on my hardwood floor. Just love them.

This set of pet stairs is the one you're looking for! They are so easy for my older pup to use, I bought a second set! They set up or expand in literally seconds. My old guy is 45# and these hold him fine. The top two steps unzip from the bottom 2 which gives you options. Definitely recommend!

Came vaccum sealed but opened and formed into very sturdy steps. It just wasn't tall enough to fit up to my bed for my older dog.

These are nice. Hasn't been even 12 hours yet and have already become very solid foam. Got these for our dog who injured his acl about a month ago. Thought might be easier than regular hard steps to get in bed. The height is perfect as well. I like that the pieces zip together to make it sturdier. It will be another week till we can actually test them with the dog but at the moment very happy with the purchase and the price we paid.

My boxer mix is having trouble with her leg and will have to have surgery. We got this for her to get on the bed easier. She is slowly but surely learning how to use the steps.
