But this pad does work and feels cool to the touch with minimal contact inside arm aircon room. I can take this with me to put down to keep my dog cool, and will refrigerate it for longer trips

My daughter is allowing us to care for her two dogs, because she is having a new baby! I purchased these pads for her dogs, as I am keeping them in another state, until she will be able to care for them after the birth of the baby. I took these mats on a long two day trip, and they were so comfortable, that the dogs slept most of the trip, cool and comfortable! I love this product! If you have pets, they will love these mats as well!!!! Excellent for trips and travel with pets!!

Does nothing for my dogs cooling prefers the tile floor or just a bed sheet.Would not buy again.

Hi - I don't understand how it cools. It doesn't really feel cool to the touch and it says no need to freeze or refrigerate. Also it said to use in air conditioned room. If the room is cool the dog probalby doesn't need a cooling mat.Not what I was expecting but this product doesn't make sense to me.

My only problem with the product was that it was thin and didn't stay in place in my pet's bed. It was cool to the touch as it claims. But I think my pet thought it was wet all the time because she would eventually move it out of her way into a pile in the corner of her bed. I will keep it and hope that my pet will eventually tolerate it during the hot, Texas summer.
