I really needed this ball for doing physical therapy after fracturing my pelvis. Just what the dr. Ordered AND exactly like the one my physical therapist gave me. BEWARE! Your dog may believe it’s his toy. It will las about 5 seconds in his mouth!

I purchased 2 of these on accident. Photos are only of the one with visible issues.INFLATION NOTE: I knew during purchase that the included straw for inflation would be insufficient. If you have owned any other yoga balls, you likely already know that to get the proper inflation you will need to use a manual or electric pump. I used a hand pump as this is a small ball. I used a tape measure and inflated until it was 9 inches as shown in the photos. The tension on the ball felt correct. Many other reviews complain of air escaping before you can put the plug pin in. That is not a product issue. That is the nature of open-ending inflating product such as balloons and others. Just inflate a little over 9 inches and then hold the plug shut with your finger tip and then it will not be open long as you use your other hand to quickly insert the plug pin.The issue ball in the photos show possible weak points where the fold creases were. Possibly from manufacturing quality inconsistencies or due to how long it was stored before purchase.I really wish it did not come with the plug pin fully inserted. It was very difficult to remove the pin and I have strong fingers.

The ball comes with a plug for the air intake and a straw to blow air into the ball. Unfortunately, when you remove the straw and try to return the plug, much of the air runs out. In addition, the diameter of the straw is slightly smaller than the plug hole so air seeps out while you are trying to fill up the ball. Because of this, it is nearly impossible to inflate this ball to a usable function, even if you are super quick with the exchange. For this reason, I can't imagine why anyone would consider this product, unless they accept the ball being partially deflated.

جودة سيئة. أنبوب النفخ أصغر من الفتحة، مهما نفخت فيها ما تنتفخ للحد الأقصى والهوا يطلع على بال ما تسكرها. فعلياً تنفخ بقربة مشقوقة

This is exactly the size I needed to do my exercises for hip abductor tendonitis! Easy to inflate with included straw. Would buy again.

Serves the purpose. I got what I was expecting. Really good. Easy to blow as well. Not as difficult as how people mentioned in other reviews.

This ball comes with a small straw to inflate, super easy to use. However, it's so hard to keep all the air you blow in to inflate it, to actually stay in as you're trying to insert the plug. I've been re-trying it off and on for a few days and just now finally have it full to the point that the ball doesn't look saggy. I'd still prefer it to be more full, and will likely continue to try and get more air into it. I've used the straw and a hand-pump I had lying around for a larger yoga ball. My issue isn't about getting enough air in the ball though, it's about how much air is lost in the brief amount of time it takes to then insert the plug. That being said, even with a little less air, this ball works great and was inexpensive. I use it for at-home physical therapy exercises.

This ball comes with a little straw to inflate it, making it extremely simple to use. However, it's quite difficult to keep all of the air you pump in to inflate it from escaping as you try to enter the plug. I've been re-trying it on and off for a few days and have now filled it to the point where the ball doesn't appear sagging. I'd still like it to be more full, and I'll probably keep trying to get more air into it. I made a bigger yoga ball out of a straw and a hand-pump I had laying around. My problem isn't obtaining enough air in the ball; it's how much air is wasted in the little period of time it takes to insert the plug. This was purchased for physical treatment with a neck injury. It is necessary for me to keep the ball between my head and the wall. I then roll/move over the wall while rotating my head. After 5 minutes, I discovered that the red ball had left tiny markings on my white wall. If I keep doing this, I'll be able to see it.

The plastic straw sent to inflate the ball is too big to fit into the valve so you can't blow it up.
