As someone who cooks a lot, and I mean almost all the gatherings, I'm cooking! These are going to be so awesome! For one they fit the smaller, home use, inexpensive steam tables so that's great but also I really just like these in general for cooking. If you've ever worked in a commercial kitchen, you use them pans a lot for a multitude of reasons. You can use them as bowls to keep chopped foods, use them to keep cooked food, and the lid helps keeps things warm, or to sauce things. Then they go into the fridge easily, just put foil paper on them and the square shape makes storage easy, and if you need to warm the food up the next day, you can go from fridge to a steam table, not a problem. I wish I had a heavy duty commercial kitchen, but since I don't I can at least have high quality, stainless steel pans with lids like these.
