The size and design (weight distribution) of the item is good. But the manufacturing quality is very poor. I don't think this is stainless. Looks like chromed steel. The grid pattern is not consistent, missed welds, and individual grid stands that are either cut too short or cut too long and burrs/grind marks throughout. Looks like it was hand made in a sweat shop. That said, it got the job done so I'm keeping it. Hopefully it doesn't rust on me...

These are the perfect for cooling multiple cakes or cupcakes. Three of them cover my 2'x4' folding table perfectly for a continuous cooling surface.They are not as tall as other grates but ample air flow is still possible.
