Purchase these for a pair of heels however, the insert caused the shoe to be too tight so I had to return.

They are very comfortable.My feet do not slide in shoes anymore.It seems to be very good quality.And they're holding up pretty good so far

I found these pads extremely comfortable. I was actually able to wear my high heels all night. Prior to inserting pads, my shoes would have come off the first hour. I found the quality and comfort of these pads excellent. They prevented my feet from slipping forward. I did not have a problem with them sticking to my shoes and they did not come off all night. The one con I would say is that they elevate the top of your foot making less room in the top of your shoe which maybe a problem for some. I would recommend.

Beware. My order was for 4 clear pairs of foot cushions. A box was sent to me but it had been opened. There were only three pairs, not four. I needed the cushions immediately for a ballroom show. I had no choice but to keep them.
