My chiropractor explained why we get burning or pain in botyom of foot or toes. These pads stop the nerves from being irritated. Great deal and helped.

These pads do exactly what my podiatrist said they should! The reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because they do not stay in place. I literally had to gorilla glue these pads in the shoes that I wear the most to keep them in place. I would recommend getting this product!

This is one of those items that for exactly the right situation, will be a lifesaver, but won’t work for everyone or every shoe. I needed pads for two pairs of high heeled shoes that were not overly thick, and would give me some pressure reduction on the balls of my feet, as well as keep my feet from sliding forward. These pads were absolutely exactly what I needed to make those shoes wearable. Aside from the padding, the fact that they help my feet stay in place greatly improves how well the shoes fit, so my feet are getting the proper support from the shoes. Just what I needed…very pleased with product.

I bought these for my daughter who is a dancer and was having pain. She could not get them to stay in place. Waste of money.

Nice metatarsal support but need to adhere better. They have a tendency to roll up when inserting foot.

Very happy with these gel pads. Perform as described. Really like that after washing gently they still have enough adhesive quality to stay put.

These were just what I needed for my awful, flat and bony feet. I have too many issues to list, but these have helped add some padding to the ball of my foot, where I've lost natural volume. They help w/ my Morton's Neuroma as well. I've tried several brands, and I really like these. They're soft and cushy, and sticky. Great for traveling. I have no complaints.
