These are a little too thick to fit in my shoes without making them super tight. I do have high arches so that is most likely the reason. These pads have cushion and give to them.

These ball of foot cushions offer a decent level of comfort, especially if you're on your feet a lot. They provide noticeable relief for pressure points and can help take the edge off pain from conditions like metatarsalgia or Morton’s neuroma. The material is soft and the thickness feels just right at first, but they tend to shift a bit during extended wear. They’re fine for light daily use, but may not hold up as well for all-day support or high-impact activities. A helpful product, just not a perfect fit for every situation.

Bought these for morton's neurosa and they worked perfectly. Easy to apply and hold up well with comfortable support. I'll be keeping extras for future use. I highly recommend them.

These adhesive foot pads really make a difference in foot comfort, especially in high heels. The adhesive holds the pads in place well and the padding holds its shape for long wear.

The extra cushioning they provide is quite noticeable at first, especially in my work boots. However, I did find that the pads are a bit small to cover my entire heel, which might be a consideration for others with similar needs. As for comfort, it does feel a little weird that it lifts my heel when I'm not standing on it, so that'll take some time to get used to. One unexpected benefit is the slight lift they give, which helps to cool my feet a bit – a great bonus for warmer environments. The adhesive on these pads is doing a good job of keeping them in place, which is always a concern with such products. As for durability, I think the leatherette should last some time. However, after using this for a few hours, the padding has flatten and reduced the heel relief.

This review is for the Cushwork Metatarsal Pads. You get 6 pads in total in the package. They are meant as 3 pairs but if you are only having issues with one foot as I am, you can using them in 6 different shoes. It is important to use them in all your footwear. These pads help remove pressure from metatarsalgia, Morton's Neuroma and bunions. It seems some negative reviewers didn't understand the purpose of them. I have been having issues with metatarsalgia and when I looked up what to do about it, it was suggested using pads like this or special insoles. I like that the instructions in the package take time to explain a little about metatarsalgia and even demonstrate some exercises. Of course, you should seek medical advice if you have not been properly diagnosed. The key to using this pads is finding the right place to put them and initially that seems a little intimidating. They are easier to put in shoes that have a removable insole. They suggest using tape initially until you confirm you have the right spot and then using the adhesive on the back. I am still trying to find the right spots but so far they seem to be helping.

I ordered a set of these Cushwork Metatarsal Pads. What I received was not as I expected. They also felt smaller in size than they should be. They seem to be made out of some sort of synthetic leather material. Unfortunately, I felt that the width of the pads are undersized as they should be wider to properly fit and support more of the width of the metatarsal area that they should be supporting. They feel very undersized! I would also prefer if the raised support area of the pads went to the edge of the pads instead of not extending completely out to the outer edges. I do not care for them and will not be using them. Frankly speaking, I am disappointed.

Added these to a pair of very flat and trendy Adidas style sneakers. For whatever reason, those sneaker designs always make a few of my toes go numb even though they're not actually being pinched in the shoe! I love that I can attach this to my insole of choice or to the shoe itself underneath the insole, rather than being a product I have to tape to my foot. It's a shoe design issue, not a foot design issue! But they've been really great and very comfortable. I'm able to walk and stand a lot longer in my "cool kid" sneakers now.

Placing them is difficult but once you do they stay firmly in p.ace and provide good short term support.

These pads were not comfortable at all. All they did was slide around in my shoe.

I've used quite a few of these pads over the years, and these Cushwork Ball of Foot Cushions are up there with the best of them. $14.99 might seem a little tall for four little pads, but these are worth it. I put one in my left shoe a few weeks ago and it's still firmly stuck to the insole, no drifting or peeling up. Placed correctly, these pads relieve the pressure from Morton's neuroma, and I haven't had any trouble with mine since I dropped the pad in. They're soft and comfortable, but thick enough to do the job. (They might even be a little too thick for some people; for my needs, they're just right.)
