We had adjusted the float valve in working perfectly before the bowl left the factory. But the screw of valve may displace during the long journey which it caused the leaking you can contact us to get the guidance to solve it or get a replacement float valve.

For someone who always used a 5-gallon bucket, this is a game changer. Simply, unscrew the drain to clean it out and then let the float and fill do the rest. Very little maintenance. In love with it!

Easy to install. But the little white button was broken I received on at least 2 of 5. Unable to find on Amazon to repair the white button. I to use something else to repair it with. In less a month I had to change one floater.
