These are garbage. Don't waste your money or risk your feet. These will not stay stuck to brand new insoles. They roll up and cause foot pain. I've used others that stay stuck for 3 months until I purchase new insoles and these don't last 3 days. If you place them on the insole and your foot rubs it as you insert it into the shoe, the pad rolls and will no longer stay flat. They are a waste of time and money.And I wear black socks, my feet aren't dirty. Lol

I loved the prices on these pads and was really hoping they'd replace my Mom's more expensive foot pads. Well she tried them and she said they did help but at the end of the evening some of the pads would come off correctly, but others would split in half. But may purchase them again if she needs them.

I had been making these with a pad purchased through my podiatrist. These are much easier to work with however a stronger heavy duty adhesive would be much better.

The value offered by this pack of 20 Metatarsal Felt Pads is excellent. For the price, you receive a generous number of pads, which is beneficial for anyone who requires regular or ongoing foot support. The affordability of the pack allows for multiple applications or replacements over time without breaking the bank. This is especially important for individuals who experience persistent discomfort or require metatarsal support on a long-term basis.The primary function of these metatarsal felt pads is to provide relief and comfort by alleviating pressure on the balls of the feet. In this regard, the pads did their job quite effectively. They effectively cushioned and protected my metatarsal area, helping to reduce pain and discomfort associated with activities that put strain on the forefoot. This was particularly beneficial during extended periods of standing, walking, or engaging in physical activities. The felt material provided a soft and supportive cushioning effect, which greatly contributed to overall foot comfort.However, the one downside I encountered with these metatarsal felt pads was the noticeable edges. When wearing certain types of shoes, the edges of the pads could be felt against the skin, which was not ideal for extended wear. These aren’t the same as my Drs office but they’ll do. These have a very boxy feel (not sloped edges) and are wider/longer than I’ve used before. But they stick well and do the job. A thick felt like material that holds up pretty well when waking around barefoot or in sandals

I think they are great and do a good job my only complaint is the adhesive some of them very difficult to peel it it had take long time and some of them I just couldn’t do it but otherwise when they are on your feet great
